Function

Grade impact mill realizes superfine smash by taking advantage of the fierce crash by hammerhead on the high speed totating axisymmetric body and the material with each other. Meanwhile, we optimize the design by the difference of material to achieve the best result.

1.Adopting professtional numerical simulation software(design by ourseives) of Fluid Mechanics, we work out the best flow field, optimal pressure distribution. It increases the smashing efficieny vastly and reduce the energy consumption.

2.Finer in size compared with the ordinary mill. It can be adjusted optionally between 60-2000um.

3.Air-cooled design. When machine operates, the air can decrease the temperature and can ensure long-time stable operation. It fits for process of thermal sensitivity material.

4.The hammerhead and gear ring are made by superhard material with specific technology, the easily-wear parts are all wear-resisting. So their life span are lengthen and 4 times more than other ones.

5. Remove sediment automatically.

6. Complete sealing negative pressure operation and filter material makes no environmental pollution. And it is convenient to be cleaned.
